National Novel Writing Month lasts all November, and hundreds of thousands of writers are getting ready for it right now.
Last year, more than 300,000 adult writers participated, along with about 90,000 young writers. Even more will get involved this year. In addition, many teachers incorporate NaNoWriMo into their classrooms.
