The Collector's Edition of Now Is Always is presented in a gold-foil-stamped slipcase and includes an original, limited-edition photogravure print of Reverie, one of the book's most striking images. Each print of Reverie was printed by the artist, and is signed and numbered. Edition of 99.

The book itself brings together Vaune's award-winning series of photogravures, along with a foreword by Major Jackson, one of the leading voices in contemporary literature. All copies of the book are signed by the artist.

The Collector’s Edition of Now Is Always is a deluxe, numbered edition presented in a rigid, cloth-over-board slipcase with gold foil stamping on the front, spine, and back. At the heart of the Collector’s Edition is Reverie, an original photogravure by Vaune Trachtman, signed and numbered, housed alongside the book within the slipcase.

The book itself brings together Vaune's work, in which she melds archival negatives, handwriting, and contemporary photography. The beautifully sequenced images in NOW IS ALWAYS were originally printed as photopolymer gravures and are reproduced here for the first time in book form. The book contains 45 images, including a gatefold presentation of the triptych Strand.

The book includes a foreword by Major Jackson (“The Second Language of Memory”) and an essay by the artist (“Bound but Separate”).
